Company registry APIs for Poland compared
Six ways to get Polish company register data into your software: Transparent Data, rejestr.io, iMSiG, Kyckr, companydata.com and getregdata. They differ in which registers they cover, how far back their history goes and how they charge. Each is stronger somewhere, and the table says where.

Where the others are the better tool
Transparent Data
The broadest range of Polish sources here: KRS, CEIDG, REGON, MSiG, the VAT White List, CRBR, public procurement, UOKiK, KNF and more, with monitoring of companies and delivery from PDF reports and CSV files to SAP connectors.
rejestr.io
A large free browser of KRS data that already shows the board, shareholders and links between companies and people, published plan prices with a 14-day free trial, and financial statements as JSON through the API.
iMSiG
History. iMSiG holds MSiG notices since 2001 and KRZ notices since December 2021 in one place, with daily bankruptcy alerts. If you need proceedings from before KRZ existed, choose iMSiG: getregdata does not cover that archive.
Kyckr
Breadth: 300+ company registers across 100+ countries through one normalised API, cross-border UBO tracing and official documents delivered live. For a KYB flow that spans many countries it is the wider tool.
companydata.com
Bulk lists at scale: 190+ countries, hundreds of data points per company and published per-profile volume pricing. For building a large prospect list rather than checking one counterparty, it is the better fit.
Where getregdata fits better
- →One call answers the onboarding question for a Polish company: REGON data, KRS board and representation, CRBR beneficial owners, and KRZ and MSiG proceedings for the company and each of its beneficial owners.
- →Every answer carries an as-of timestamp, so the record of your check shows what the registers said and when.
- →You pay per completed check, with no subscription. A request the API did not complete is not charged.
- →Software partners can build it into their own product: each client orders its own key and is invoiced directly.
Which Polish API returns KRS, CRBR and KRZ in one call?
getregdata /v1/checks returns REGON data, KRS board and representation, CRBR beneficial owners and KRZ and MSiG proceedings for the company and its beneficial owners in one response. The other vendors compared here cover parts of this on the pages we read; check each one for the combination you need.
Does getregdata have MSiG history from before KRZ?
No. getregdata does not cover the MSiG archive from before December 2021. iMSiG states MSiG notices since 2001 and is the better choice for that history.
Is there a free option?
rejestr.io has a free browser and a free plan. Transparent Data offers a free test account, companydata.com a free API trial. getregdata gives a free test key on the same address as the production key.
