Every Belgian company insolvency notice, delivered daily.
Bankruptcies opened, closed and revoked, judicial reorganisations and plan approvals published in the Moniteur belge / Belgisch Staatsblad - one normalised record per event, with the enterprise number and a link to the official publication.
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Companies and associations only. Notices about private individuals, director bans and guardianship orders are not part of the feed. The court-appointed trustee (role and name, as published) is added only where your use requires it.
Fields the notice does not publish are left empty. Corrections never overwrite: when a notice is amended, a new record points at the one it replaces.
Daily, on Moniteur belge publication days; each file carries the records added since the previous one.
CSV or JSON Lines, same columns in the same order.
E-mail, your S3 bucket, SFTP, or the REST API with a cursor.
Available on request.
What you get is what the gazette publishes. Records are passed on as the Moniteur belge publishes them, with the link to the publication; we do not add, guess or correct gazette data.
Tell us which notice types you need and how you want to receive them. We send one real day of the feed in the format you choose, then a quote by e-mail. Your address is used only to answer this request.

What is the Moniteur belge?
The official journal of Belgium (Belgisch Staatsblad in Dutch), where the enterprise courts publish their insolvency judgments: bankruptcies, judicial reorganisations, plan approvals and closures.
Which events are included?
Company bankruptcies opened, closed and revoked, judicial reorganisations, approvals of reorganisation plans and amicable agreements, and other court measures concerning companies. Each record keeps the original French or Dutch heading next to a normalised event type.
Does the feed cover private individuals?
No. The feed covers companies and associations only. Notices about private individuals, director bans and guardianship orders are not part of it.
Does it include the court-appointed trustee?
Not in the standard file. Where your use requires it - for example filing and following claims - the trustee or administrator appointed by the court can be added with their role and name as published.
How often is it delivered?
Daily, on the working days the Moniteur belge is published. Each file contains the records added since the previous one.
In which format, and how is it delivered?
CSV or JSON Lines, with the same columns in the same order. Delivery by e-mail, to your S3 bucket, by SFTP, or read from the REST API with a cursor.
Is history available?
Yes, on request. Tell us how far back you need the feed to start and we confirm what can be delivered with the quote.
What does it cost?
Each feed is quoted on its own, after a free one-day sample, so you can see the volume first. Ask for the sample below and the quote comes with it by e-mail.
