getregdata.com is an informational website for a suite of software tools - agent skills, an MCP server, and scraper actors - that help you access official, publicly available business-registry data. By using this website you agree to these terms.
Independence
getregdata is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government registry, authority, or any platform it references. Registry names, identifiers, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the sources the tools work with.
The actors run on Apify
The scraper actors are distributed and run on the Apify platform. Running them, billing, usage limits, and the handling of results are governed by Apify's terms of service and your agreement with Apify. We are the developer of these tools; we do not operate your runs or hold your results.
Public data and responsible use
The tools access information that is publicly available from official registers. You are responsible for using the tools, and any data you obtain, lawfully and in compliance with applicable laws - including data-protection rules and any applicable third-party terms. Do not use them for unlawful purposes.
No warranty
The website and tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Public registers change and can be temporarily unavailable, so we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the website or the tools.
