Portugal publishes corporate acts - incorporations, changes of officers, capital changes, dissolutions - through the Ministry of Justice publications service. It is an act register rather than a company profile register.
That distinction matters for how you use it. It answers "what happened to this company, and when" rather than "what is the current state of this company", which makes it well suited to change monitoring and new-incorporation feeds.

What is a NIPC?
The Numero de Identificacao de Pessoa Colectiva, the Portuguese legal entity identification number. It is the identifier corporate acts are filed against.
